Perinatal and Pediatric Plans

Hudson Perinatal Consortium updates its Perinatal and Pediatric plans on a regular basis. The plan has five major components including a needs assessment; analysis of policy issues; services available in the region; recommendations; goals, objectives and an action plan to improve the heath status of mothers, infants, children and adolescents within the region. Companion plans include Infant Follow-Up, Total Quality Improvement, Midlevel Practitioner, Regional Education, Regional Transport, Healthy Mothers/Healthy Babies, Children with Special Healthcare Needs and Prevention Plan.
