Health Fairs and Baby Showers

Health fairs, baby showers and presentations are the venue for teaching health and safety issues for women and children. Baby showers for pregnant women are held at a variety of Hudson County locations. Participants learn about folic acid, infant care, breast self-exam, SIDS prevention, breastfeeding, NJ FamilyCare, home safety tips and the symptoms of postpartum depression.
