CEED

The goal of the program is to provide uninsured residents of Hudson County who are 50 or older access to free breast, cervical, prostate, colorectal and uterine cancer screenings. Those who do not meet the minimum age requirement must have a family history of the cancers to be eligible for the program. Hoboken Family Planning, the leading CEED agency in Hudson County, contracted with HPC to provide outreach services.
